I actually think it's kinda scary. If it wasn't enough that the creator of Grey's Anatomy and Private Practice is black while both shows feature white actors/resses as their leading characters . . . we also have to address the fact that it's so stereotypical? Has she bought into the white racial frame or is the only way to be successful to kinda shuffle and dance a little?

It makes some good points. I really don't mess with network tv these days (unless it's sports) and some of the cable stations as well.
